    A partner applies through the brand's partner link. There is nothing to install and nothing to pay.

    Their own discount code, a link for customers, and a second link for recruiting other partners. All three are ready straight away.

Two ways for partners to earn. One level deep, by design.

  • Affiliates earn on every sale they bring in. A customer uses their code or their link, and the partner earns a share of that order.
  • Connectors earn a smaller share on the sales of partners they recruited. You set that rate yourself, and it is your cost rather than a deduction from the person who made the sale.
  • Credit stops there. No chains. A recruit's recruit earns for themselves and for nobody above them. One level, always, so credit never stacks up a chain.
  • Every partner is both from day one. Nobody picks a side at signup, and nobody has to come back and ask for the other half later.

Common questions

What does a partner get when they join?
One discount code, created in your Shopify store automatically, and two links. The first is for customers. The second is for recruiting other partners. There is nothing for them to set up and nothing for you to send.
How deep does the recruiting go?
One level, and only one. A partner earns a share when somebody they recruited makes a sale, and credit stops there. A recruit's own recruit earns for themselves and for nobody above them.
Do partners have to choose between selling and recruiting?
No. Every partner is both from the day they join, so nobody picks a side at signup and nobody has to come back later and ask for the other half.
Can a partner use their own code on their own order?
Yes, and the sale is flagged for you as a self referral so you can see it and decide what you want to do about it. It is shown, not silently refused.
What happens when I run a sitewide sale?
A partner's code cannot be combined with your own sale discount, so shoppers use whichever is bigger and partners stop getting credit. Sale mode raises every partner's code to your sale discount for the dates you choose, and emails your partners so they can promote it.
What happens when a customer gets a refund?
Commissions wait through the refund window you set, so refunds land first. A refund reverses the commission in proportion to what was returned, and a fully refunded order reverses it completely. Once the window has passed the commission stands, and a refund after that is yours to absorb.
Who actually pays the partners?
You do, directly, through PayPal. We work out what each partner is owed and when it clears, produce the file, and record what you paid. Your money never passes through us.
What if a partner works with more than one brand here?
They sign in once and see every brand they work with in one place, with separate codes, links and earnings for each.
