Subscription

Organically Affiliated is billed monthly through Shopify, at the price shown in the Shopify App Store, after the free trial shown there. Charges appear on your Shopify bill. There are no long term contracts.

Free trial

If you uninstall the app before your free trial ends, you are not charged.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by uninstalling Organically Affiliated from your Shopify admin. Shopify ends your subscription immediately and no further charges are made. When you cancel:

• your partners' links stop working and no new sales are credited to them. Shopify gives us no access to your store once you uninstall, so the partner discount codes we created stay in your store until they expire on their own, within 7 days. To remove them sooner, open Discounts in your Shopify admin, search for "Organically Affiliated partner", select them and delete them. We email you the list after you uninstall.
• commissions your partners already earned are still owed to them, and you stay responsible for paying them. For 90 days after your plan ends you can still log in and use your Statement: generate the PayPal payout file, export it, mark partners paid, and answer a partner who says a payment did not arrive. Everything else in your account is locked during those 90 days. After them the Statement closes too, and you pay anything still owed directly through PayPal.
• nothing is deleted, so if you install again your brand, your partners and your history are still there

Customer email addresses are removed when Shopify sends us its redaction request, about 48 hours after you uninstall.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with the service, you can request a refund within 14 days of any charge. Email support@organicallyaffiliated.com with your store name and the charge you would like refunded. Approved refunds are issued through Shopify. Unused time after you uninstall is not refunded automatically.

Accounts removed by us

If we remove your store for breaking our Terms of Service, no refund is issued. If we end the service for any other reason, we will refund the unused part of your current billing period.
